"An Evening with the Arts"
Brenau Pearce Auditorium in Gainesville, Georgia

The concert evening at Brenau University was an unqualified success. The crowd was entertained by the Ballethnic Dance Company who performed an excerpt of their unique Epiphany Ballet called Shadows to a standing ovation. This performance was followed by the unequalled virtuosity of Sergei Pashkevich. His play was simply outstanding! The program of Liszt, Chopin, Glinka/Balakirew and Rachmaninoff was a true display of the sensitivity and powerful expression that showcased the versatility of a true master of his art. The concert came to an end with the encore of Rachmaninoff's Italian Rhapsody for four hands, which he played with his long time Dutch friend Dr. Sev Van Bentum who had been instrumental in bringing Sergei Pashkevich to this stage.
